If we could give 10 stars it still wouldn't be enough! You will not find a more responsive, hard working agent. She had to do a lot of work since we have 2 dogs and many hoa have rules on weight and # of dogs. She patiently drove us around and described the areas we were looking in, pointing out parts of condos that might need to be updated soon. She worked in our price range without trying to upsell us. Once we chose the place that felt like home, she had our timeline and kept us on it. She has good contacts so we were able to find a great responsive lender who worked diligently. Our experience in buying a condo was made less stressful with Natalie. It was our pleasure to work with her and we know we now have a realtor we are happy to recommend time others. We feel we have gained a friend through this process. (As an aside, I recommend taking her out for lunch, she can get hangry!!!-just teasing Natalie)

10 STARS for Natalie! We have never met a realtor more on top of every aspect of purchasing a vacation home. Because we have 2 dogs, there was ALOT of extra research to do when looking for condos (weight limit being the deciding factor in most places). When I gave her our many parameters for what we wanted, she diligently researched and called managers to find out EXACTLY what the HOA desired. Our initial search had 66 possibilities! But when Natalie dug into the HOA rules and regulations, that list got whittled down to 10! Thats a lot of work! We visited many places and discussed the pros and cons of each. She is knowledgeable about the area and pointed out little known facts about Naples. She spent 3 days shuttling us from each place until we settled on one. She helped us through the negotiations and the deal was made at 11:00pm. We flew home the next day and have had contact with her each day keeping us on a timeline. She responds to emails and texts VERY quickly, answering all of my questions or finding out the answers. You will NOT find a more responsive realtor in Naples and surrounding area- she is a PLEASURE to deal with.
